Workplace reviews and discussion: 樂麵屋_太魯閣國際股份有限公司

I interviewed at the headquarters. It was conveniently located near an MRT station. The two female interviewers were fairly friendly, and they explained that the company covers three food and beverage brands and described the job responsibilities. However, they did not ask any particularly in-depth or professional questions (or perhaps they felt there was no need to continue the conversation because my salary expectation was too high), so I am not really sure what criteria they use to determine candidates.

The environment looked very much like a residence and also resembled a cram school. It was very small and did not look like what you would expect a company to look like, so I was a little shocked at first (I almost wanted to run away). You have to take off your shoes upon entering, and then start working on a set of questions including a logic test and short-answer questions (with a calculator provided). Perhaps it was because it was around the Lunar New Year, but the company had arranged for several people to come in for interviews one after another, and everyone looked completely bewildered.
