1. The colleagues are currently all quite easy to get along with.

2. At least the boss still gets work-related matters done.

I originally wanted to give an average rating, but after thinking about it, I decided to give a poor rating instead—the company is seriously understaffed.

1. The boss gets angry very easily and speaks without any sense of propriety. For example, at a colleague’s wedding, he said that the colleagues who attended were not short of money yet still took leave to come to the colleague’s wedding, and so on. It was very uncomfortable to hear.

2. Likes to contact employees after working hours, including on regular days off.

3. Beforehand, the interview did not clearly indicate that employees’ personal contact numbers would be given to clients. (Normally, if contact is needed, a desk phone or shared company number should be used, but this boss does not think that way.)

4. There are many changes at work and inconsistent standards. When angry, he says things like he is the boss and what he says goes.
