Pros
It depends on the department—both the office supervisor and colleagues are very nice, and the turnover rate is low. If you're looking for stability, I highly recommend it. Working hours are stable.
Cons
There is no performance pressure, but correspondingly, there are no bonuses either. Compensation is relatively steady, with less likelihood of significant changes.
