The bonus base is relatively high, I suppose. It's a typical office job with little overtime.
The Minquan Building is filthy, and the office is full of cockroaches.
There are pitifully few toilets. The men's restroom has two, which is okay, but the women's restroom also has only two. To make matters worse, sewage and urine leak out, and the toilets are often clogged and overflow—it's absolutely disgusting!
The elevators are terrible and extremely slow. They have been under repair for over a year! This has already seriously affected work!
The middle-aged women here are extremely annoying and love shamelessly gossiping about other people.
Why do you care if someone takes leave? Why do you care if someone gets married? They even make fun of people who resign. How can people like this live for so long…
Also, only a small number of the sales staff are normal people who know how to say “please,” “thank you,” and “sorry.” The rest treat people like underlings and order them around.
Please think twice before coming for an interview.
