The colleagues are very nice, and that's about it.

1. You are required to write a weekly plan, but your work is often interrupted. At the last minute before a deadline, someone higher up may still demand a complete overhaul, leaving no time at all. The plan is therefore practically useless.

2. Management has extremely poor time management. Everything is always urgent. You may even be notified after work that something must be submitted to a client by noon the next day, or receive a notification at 7 a.m. saying that something must be rushed and delivered to the client that same day. Everything is put off until the last minute before you are suddenly told to do it.

3. The things management says show absolutely no respect for professional expertise. They demand many unreasonable or illogical things and think they understand everything, when in fact they are merely pretending to know what they are talking about.

4. Regardless of your position, you may be expected to take on multiple roles, and your responsibilities are not clearly defined.

5. The company's computers are terrible—practically antiques. Despite the poor equipment, you are still expected to work efficiently.

6. People are often called to meetings just before the end of the workday. The 6 p.m. quitting time is only for show; even overtime can only be applied for after 9 p.m., and otherwise no one dares claim overtime pay.

7. The company's turnover is very high, and management does not value its employees.

8. Everything must be reported to management, and it will almost always be revised by them into what they want. When there is a problem with the product, they start blaming colleagues, even though everything was reviewed by them and changed according to their demands. No matter what happens, you are still the one who gets criticized.

If you want to come here to hone your skills and grow quickly, I highly recommend it. However, there is not much room for further growth, and the technical knowledge gap is extremely severe. Those considering joining should think carefully.
