An apprenticeship system: experienced employees will teach you hands-on until you learn. If you have any technical questions at work, you can keep asking until you understand.
When maintaining printers at external sites, you are always given defective parts, and reporting it to the company several times has been useless.
Also, when you arrive late to work, instead of deducting the wages for that hour, they actually pass the penalty for breaching the maintenance contract directly on to the employee—clearly illegal. There was also an incident where a new employee started after the beginning of the month, and their salary was severely undercalculated as a result (they simply did not pay for Saturdays and Sundays).
In conclusion, if you are genuinely interested in learning printer repair, you can consider coming here; otherwise, there are no advantages whatsoever.
