A bunch of Taiwanese old-timers with over 20 years of experience embody the spirit of obediently following orders; when something goes wrong, they shoulder the blame and then get fired. They want to work hard until retirement, but whenever a cushy position opens up, mainland Chinese are parachuted in to fill the vacancy.
