Pros

Besides having pets and cats to play with, there doesn't seem to be anything else.

Cons

This interview review concerns its subsidiary, “Fengmai E-Commerce,” not Jinming Industrial.

It was very simple: they introduced the job duties, and a man and a woman in their thirties gave me a tour of the company.

Here is some direct advice for designers considering interviewing here: if you are looking for a stable job, forget it. Your supervisors will be two people with extremely problematic emotional intelligence and management abilities. Although the company has been established for a year, there is still no clear division of responsibilities, overtime system, or employee benefits. I sincerely warn everyone: if you do not want to be managed by “designers” who are less capable than you, do not consider coming here. Otherwise, your work will often be completely overhauled or proposals rejected without warning, for extremely absurd and illogical reasons. For example, they may loudly say that they think your design proposal will not sell or become popular. But guess what? Other administrative staff privately revealed that the products designed by that design-trained supervisor themselves all ended up being slow sellers and failed to sell well. QQ?

When we want financial advice, we consult experts who excel and have achieved results in finance; when we want to learn, we choose teachers with experience in the relevant field. But this supervisor is not like that. The things they create are ridiculed even by other administrative staff without design backgrounds. Yet this supervisor confidently believes that their own “subjective aesthetic sense” is unquestionably correct, then demands that you make endless changes and redesigns. If you raise questions, you will be labeled as troublesome, a problem employee, or someone with poor emotional management.

Numerous design employees have come and gone during this period. This is only one of the things I observed in this workplace. The other two supervisors would occasionally have explosive outbursts triggered by conflicts in their relationships, declining performance, or random mood swings with the changing seasons. Regardless of ability, they insist on waiting three months before giving a raise, despite the probationary period being legally noncompliant. They send messages as though it were your fault that labor law does not require you to read messages after work. They formulate and implement decisions in group chats without holding meetings or publicly announcing them. They raise pitiful pet hamsters, rabbits, and cats for the online pet-supplies store, while neglecting to care for them and leaving them at risk of dying at any time. These are all just the tip of the iceberg of this company’s problems. If you want to see how spectacular it really is, feel free to come here.

Question asked during the interview: “Did you know that our company is responsible for more than just Els’ products and masks?” No, I didn’t. Your website places you under Jinming and provides Jinming’s information. It was only during the interview that I learned the location and company name were different, and that the information was completely different from what was posted on the job site. I felt completely deceived. ^^

As I mentioned above, if you really want to see what it is like to encounter supervisors whose company is completely different from the information on the job site, and whose emotional intelligence, management system, and abilities are extremely problematic, then sign up through the website yourself. Good luck.
