The company's turnover rate seems quite high. Many colleagues around me keep leaving; some depart involuntarily or are asked to resign voluntarily. If they are unwilling to resign voluntarily, their supervisors may mention that they could encounter a reference check during future interviews and urge them to consider the matter carefully.
In terms of recruitment and hiring, the company advertises junior positions and offers junior-level salaries, but requires employees to have senior-level skills and experience. If an employee's performance does not meet the standards, various methods are used to pressure the employee, ultimately asking them to “resign voluntarily.” This approach seems not to give employees sufficient respect or consideration.
