世潮企業股份有限公司
Pros

No advantages whatsoever

Cons

Working at the front desk is truly miserable. The pay is low to begin with, and the workload is so heavy that it is barely different from doing odd jobs.

They tell you about tasks that were never mentioned during the interview only on your first day of work.

No wonder people quit after just two or three days. It is truly a miracle when anyone stays for a long time.

The manager of a certain department gets very loud whenever there is a meeting or something goes missing—anything that puts her at a disadvantage. She is genuinely noisy. Sometimes, even when wearing headphones during lunch break, you can still hear that manager yelling.

Naturally, the accounting department is no better.

Sometimes when a customer calls, if the loudest person is speaking at the front desk, you cannot hear the customer at all. Even with the volume turned all the way up, you still cannot hear them.

Even asking a question means being passed from person to person. They tell you to ask one person, only for that person to say the issue is not theirs and that you should ask someone else.

All I can say is that this company protects its long-serving employees. Younger employees are made to work like beasts. There are some good departments, but they are extremely few.

Officially, they say your salary may be adjusted after the probationary period, but in reality, it takes hundreds of years before it is increased by even a little.

It is completely different from what was stated in the job posting and résumé.

I sincerely advise anyone applying for this position to be mentally prepared.

If you do not mind earning minimum wage forever and just want to drift through the day, then perhaps you should still go to a better company.

At least the benefits will not be worse.
