Cold lunch boxes are provided, and eating them every day is greasy and unpleasant. Illegal foreign workers are often seen working in the factory area. Every day, the owner’s wife berates employees and vendors, using unrestrained language and all kinds of personal insults. Labor and health insurance salaries are underreported, and the 6% labor pension contribution is forcibly counted as part of employees’ salaries. Salaries are paid in cash to evade taxes, and the salary details submitted to the Labor Bureau are also falsified. National holidays are not necessarily days off.
