The housekeeping team leader is very kind and will do their best to help. I really can’t think of anything else.
1. There are not enough housekeeping staff, so everyone is exhausted.
2. There are not enough supplies. After work begins, the team leader slowly assigns the rooms that need to be handled to the staff below them. Everyone chats while slowly distributing the supplies, but because there really aren’t enough items, many rooms have nothing to replenish.
3. Because it takes more than an hour in the morning before we can start cleaning the rooms, the chances of getting off work late are extremely high, not to mention during peak holiday periods.
4. The front desk makes trouble by nitpicking the way you clean your rooms for no reason.
