1. The boss is very generous about issuing refunds to customers, so there is no need to spend too much time going back and forth with them; they are willing to issue refunds directly, etc.
2. The colleagues are fairly friendly.
1. The location is remote, so the only food options are convenience stores or one or two bento shops downstairs.
2. The workload is unevenly distributed. Although there are only two full-time employees, each responsible for one product, one employee is responsible for the remaining five or more products.
3. There is no basic handover or training process; you have to figure everything out yourself and start working independently after three days.
4. On weekdays, you have to respond to customers by text after work until 10 p.m., and you also have to reply on holidays.
