Convenient location, on the first floor on Ren'ai Road.
The daily wage during the probationary period (which they called training) was raised to NT$2,000 per day.
The interview was just as everyone said: they scheduled many people for the same day, time, and location. A “manager” asked everyone to introduce themselves and answer questions one by one. Later, my impression after attending one day of “training” was that, regardless of what position was listed on the recruitment website, they simply wanted you to join as customer service/sales staff, so it made no difference what position you applied for.
You are required to wear a black suit jacket and a white shirt, but you have to provide them yourself because the company does not. They also require women to wear makeup that is “noticeable.”
You have to work on holidays, but it is unpaid and compensated with time off instead. There is no holiday pay premium. I also heard from colleagues that after holding an event for two days over the weekend, they worked straight through and then went to work on Monday without any break. Wouldn’t that mean working 12 days in a row?!
They said during the interview that there would be no overtime, but after receiving a call after 8 p.m. about another training session, I decided not to pursue it.
