1. The colleagues are pretty nice

1. There are absolutely no benefits (no holiday bonuses or gifts, and year-end bonuses are not guaranteed)

2. The owner and their spouse only think they are right, making it very difficult for them to accept other people's opinions

3. If something does not suit them, they will do everything they can to make things difficult for you

4. Overtime is unpaid, but being five minutes late will result in a pay deduction
