It is divided into a bakery factory and fast-food catering units. The head office has only a little over 10 employees, and the highest position is called general manager. 3. The employee turnover rate is high, and many positions have gaps in continuity. Those who take over have to completely handle the shortcomings left behind. The general manager said that having departing employees return to hand over their work would avoid wasting resources.
4. The general manager is mostly out of touch, yet never tries to understand things and loves to micromanage. As soon as they speak, you can tell they know very little and have absolutely no sense.
5. There are only four fried-chicken stores, but there are many reports and meetings. The formats for reports and meetings must follow templates from across the Strait.
