Pros
Leaving work on time
During the holidays, the boss gives employees local specialties and clothes
Cons
The old-timers in the office bully people
The boss doesn't treat people like people and treats the old-timers like treasures
People in the office love gossiping about others; even the slightest move can lead to people complaining profanely in the group chat
The plant on the other side is extremely demanding, and the supervisors also love gossiping
Everyone is very good at passing the buck
Probably only the store staff and the graphic designer (not the supervisor) are nice
