Pros
The first-round interview process was relaxed, and the people were nice.
The second-round interview with the manager was really challenging; without relevant experience, it was basically impossible to answer.
The corporate culture they emphasized was very warm. Watching the interactions among the employees felt comfortable, almost like coming home.
Cons
The manager could speak a little louder. Mumbling made it very difficult to hear.
