The office is clean
Cons
Listening to dogs howling all day
The base salary is the minimum wage
The company does not hire cleaning staff, so employees have to sweep the floor themselves
The company does not provide a lunch allowance, so employees have to pay for lunch themselves. Lunch break is at 12:00, but they usually delay going to eat by about 10 minutes
Leaving work is not on time
