Leaving work on time (although the boss disapproves)
Free drinks are available
The job listing on 104 looks very attractive, but after working there for some time,
I never received a year-end bonus, gifts for the three major holidays, birthday cash gifts, or anything else...
The boss has poor emotional intelligence and bangs on the desk and yells at people every now and then; he has even smashed a computer...
All day long, he only cares about why employees leave work so punctually.
Because of this, he may call you in for a two- or three-hour talk...
When employees resign, he says they do not treat the company as their home...
But normally he also says that if he gets unhappy, he will fire the entire department! (He really has done it before.)
Employees take turns every week sweeping and mopping the floors and taking out the trash and recyclables!
