This post was submitted by a user and reflects their personal experience or opinion. The publication date is not an employment or interview date.
The job duties, salary structure, and related employee benefits were not mentioned at all.
The interview process felt more like a chat, but I constantly felt like I was being belittled.
There was one thing that particularly bothered me:
All of my work experience and skills were clearly listed on my résumé.
May I ask whether the company’s HR representative and interviewer had even read it?
Why invite someone to an interview and then say that you need candidates with quality-related certifications?
My previous job already involved measurement and writing CMM programs.
Then they started making sarcastic comments about that,
saying, “I could just hire an operator for 26,000 and have them do all the things listed on your résumé~”
I don’t know what the going rate is in your electronics industry,
but if you want to find an engineer who can write measurement programs, good luck finding one for 26K.
Although the interviewer was not particularly rude from start to finish, I still felt uncomfortable listening to it.
Today, I was only an interviewee and not even an employee of your company yet.
If they were this sarcastic, would I be bullied in the workplace if I were actually hired?
Finally,
I would like to remind job seekers that if you plan to interview at this company, remember to prepare a whole truckload of quality-related certifications,
so you won’t be belittled like I was.
