Pros
The founder treats employees very well, and there is good employee cohesion.
The benefits are quite good, and the bonuses are fairly generous.
Cons
After the second generation took over, there has been a stronger focus on performance.
The workload is quite heavy, and working overtime is exhausting~
But overtime pay is provided.
