Pros

Field work

If you have enough guts not to let the office staff inside boss you around, you can live quite freely.

Cons

After deductions for labor and health insurance, the take-home pay is 26,000.

The bosses are a man and a woman.

The female office staff clique only likes field workers who are obedient and work themselves to death.

If they don't like you, they will do everything they can to drive you away.

The older women cling to the female boss's coattails to make their own lives comfortable, constantly badmouthing the field workers they dislike.

The female boss will hire a newcomer to prepare to take over your work.

Then she will move you from your original seat to work at a dining table in the corner, humiliating you.

She is trying to make you resign on your own.

The female office staff clique will put on prime-time soap-opera-style crying scenes for the female boss.

The female boss will then tell you that if you don't follow their instructions, you should resign yourself.

What's more, one of the older women's husbands will come to the company and glare at you.

When you submit your resignation notice to the company in accordance with the legally required notice period,

they instead tell you that you must stay until they find someone before you can leave, and they refuse to give you a resignation form to fill out.

If you don't agree, they say you have failed as a person, don't understand basic human ethics, and that the circle is small enough that they will make sure everyone outside knows you are unemployable.

During the male boss's meeting with you, he also says that verbally stating your resignation doesn't count; otherwise, “let's sue each other,” using this to intimidate employees and prevent them from resigning.

They finally give you a resignation document, then throw another statement at you and force you to sign it.

They demand that you sign and agree to guarantee that, after you resign and complete the handover,

if the company fails to collect any payments in the future, you will be responsible for compensation.

Wow, what kind of bullshit contract is this? If the people who come after you can't collect the money, the previous employee has to clean up their mess?

Then why should I even do a handover? Are you going to keep paying my salary after I resign? What a bunch of idiots.

If you refuse to sign, they say inside the company that you're a loser, that you have no future or prospects, and that your options will become narrower and narrower; they even say you'll be bullied at other companies... and so on.

Before you leave, they have a woman come in to take over the work. The other person resigns after working for only one day.

The cases she collected during field work that day are not handed over to you either.

On the final day, during the reconciliation and handover, the company says that the woman's accounts must also be placed under your responsibility.

They directly set a trap for you, and forcing you to accept it together with that bullshit contract is truly laughable.

It isn't until you make it clear that you will send a formal notarized legal notice and that everyone can file suit and take the matter to court that the company backs down and says not to sue.

They are simply afraid of bad people; lousy bosses only know how to exploit their employees.

Finally, the handover list of accounts receivable:

There are clearly customers who have already completed payment, yet when the accounts receivable are printed out, they are shown to you as unpaid.

Did they not record the payments? No wonder they want resigning employees to sign contracts guaranteeing that they will pay for losses.

They make money twice on a single order—fucking impressive.

The older woman in the office will also tell you, “You worked through today, and these still haven't been remitted. Since you have nothing to do tomorrow, go collect the payments and bring them back to the company.”

For fuck's sake, I've already resigned—why should I go collect payments with you? Are you going to pay me for it?

The way they talk is truly incredibly stupid.
