Full-time position with two days off per week and bonuses for the three major holidays.
However, additional assistance with class management is required.
The company is not large, and the environment is relatively simple.
1. The hourly pay for dispatched work is in line with the general market rate.
2. Most of the schools assigned for dispatch work are quite problematic.
3. The schools' opinions are given top priority, and they make many demands.
4. Overall, it is not as good as it was described in the interview initially, resulting in a significant gap between expectations and reality.
