Two days off per week

The female boss is very stingy. She deliberately finds things for you to do beyond working hours and even has you help wash the windows at her home. She treats all the employees like kindergarten children because she used to be a kindergarten teacher and is very naggy.

The male boss is two-faced. He acts perfectly nice at the company, but once work starts, his EQ drops to zero and he becomes emotional. He was even scolded by an external crane operator for not using his brain.

Everyone has their own way of doing things, but the boss insists on criticizing them. He even tries to save money on drinks and lunch boxes. He also meditates during work hours and recites the Diamond Sutra at home.

I once noticed that the boss becomes happy when he sees other people doing badly or experiencing misfortune. He is very controlling.
