This company is a travel agency that specializes in organizing field trips for schools, cram schools, and similar institutions.

It bids for contracts everywhere, and when you first join as a sales assistant, they give you a list and have you conduct telephone marketing directly. Because the list is limited and the failure rate is too high, they will stop letting you make calls.

If you want to work here, it is best to know how to sell things, because as soon as you join, you have to make calls nonstop to ask whether schools need to organize field trips.

You also need to know how to drive, because you have to drive to bid on contracts, drive teachers to inspect venues, and so on. Sometimes you also have to work as a tour guide on coach buses.

However, what made me feel particularly bad was the colleagues there. There was one person who would verbally abuse people they thought were easy to bully—taking advantage of the meek. How well can a newcomer be expected to perform?

The boss seemed like a decent person, but actually rarely came out; most of the time, they interacted with the people below them. Personally, I felt that the colleagues in the company were somewhat snobbish and difficult to get along with. Everything above is based on my own experience, so if you want to join, make your own judgment.
