This company is pretty ridiculous.

During the three-month probationary period, NT$10,000 is automatically deducted from your pay.

It is only returned to you after you pass the three months.

Overtime is basically two hours,

which is always reported as compensatory leave.

It is not settled until the end of the year.

If the company is operating well, it is compensated at 1.5 or 2 times;

if operations are poor, will it be reduced?

Heh!

The year-end bonus is approximately two months’ salary.

If performance is poor, it will be reduced.

There is no flexibility in working hours,

and after work there is no break—you directly continue working overtime.
