Some departments are practically treated like crown prince departments; you never know what they do all day.
Some departments work overtime every day like dogs—what are they so busy with? Most of the time, it's because a manager makes one decision and everyone starts scrambling pointlessly.
Before joining, I thought it would be fine if it was a little demanding—after all, I would be learning something.
After joining, I found that the senior executives were arbitrary, middle managers incompetent, and the people at the bottom worked overtime desperately (even the first half-hour after the end of the workday would be taken away).
Then, without warning, they laid off a large number of people (you had to pack up and leave within half an hour of being notified).
I sincerely urge all newcomers who harbor aspirations for the game industry not to join.
