Their attitude was already very poor before the interview even took place.

At first, when arranging an interview time with the manager, I also mentioned that I was nearby and could come in for the interview.

The manager said that they first conduct a video interview via WhatsApp, and only after passing that would the candidate go to the company for an interview.

I agreed and said I would go home for the video interview.

Before that, I had also told her that I was currently employed and asked whether an evening interview would be possible. She agreed to 7 p.m.

I went online early and told her I was ready. At 7:20, she replied that she had a personal matter and wanted to reschedule for the next day.

I agreed to reschedule for the same time the next day. However, I was online waiting for her again that day.

She simply did not show up, and she did not reply to my messages either (she did not show up at all, as the messages had two check marks).

If 7 p.m. was not possible, she could have simply said so. I would have taken time off work to attend the interview.

I do not understand what it means to stand someone up for an interview twice.
