The company’s internal management system is very comprehensive, with all the necessary training and knowledge transfer arranged. The overall atmosphere within the company is quite good. There are disagreements, but I haven’t encountered any arguments.

At my previous company, individual KPIs were linked to bonuses, but there are no individual KPIs set here.
