1. If you arrive late to work, you simply calculate the time and leave later; once the end of your workday arrives, you can leave on time.
2. At a small company, you get to handle many different tasks, so it is a great place to gain experience when you have just graduated.
3. As long as you are a normal person who works seriously, the boss will notice and automatically give you a raise or salary adjustment.
4. The boss is easy to communicate with, and their logic and thought processes are very clear.
5. The products are all niche products. The company is basically very stable and is not the kind of small company that faces a risk of shutting down.
When I first graduated, I worked here for three years. I have since been running my own business for several years, and it is also very stable. All I can say is that this job had a very significant impact on me (a positive one, of course). Afterward, having worked at several publicly listed companies, I also found that much of what the boss had told me was true.
1. Of course, the benefits cannot compare with those offered by publicly listed companies, but the year-end bonus and the bonuses for the three traditional holidays are always provided.
2. There is often food or something to drink in the afternoon, so it is basically very difficult to control your weight and figure.
3. There are basically very few opportunities for job openings to become available, and employee turnover is certainly very low.
4. At a small company, the scope of your responsibilities will be quite broad.
