The work environment is extremely quiet.
The boss is barely literate, thinks he is right, and is a useless boor who took over because the former president retired and handed the position to him. He also monitors employees’ computers and once attempted to spy on a colleague’s LINE, with the intention of downloading cracked design software, showing a complete lack of respect for the law. All the sales are made by distributors. The company is extremely wealthy, with revenue inevitably exceeding 100 million, because there are still quite a lot of stupid parents. This is not sarcasm—welcome to the company. It is fine to yell at the boss; he does not dare fire employees. Quite a few employees directly curse at him, and still collect their salaries. The company has money anyway. Those looking to coast until retirement are welcome.
