1. The overall atmosphere is much better than at other companies, and employees are given a lot of leeway. The supervisors are also pretty nice to people.

2. Standard civil-service working hours, with punctual start and finish times. The work pressure is also not as intense as in the tech industry.

1. I think the salary is just okay. It is no longer as unacceptable as previous employees have described it. For me, it is manageable after paying rent.

2. There are too many paper documents, which wastes time and energy. Some software should be found to replace them.

3. This seems to be how traditional industries are: stability comes first.
