Sharing my own work experience and background
The interview process took more than an hour in total.
There is a second interview that includes a test on the computer. I heard that newcomers are asked to make a short Walk Cycle, while experienced candidates perform a 2–3-second speaking animation, followed by an interview with the boss.
The benefits are average. Coworkers provide drinks for one another on birthdays, and there is a free Coke refrigerator where you can get drinks. Lunch breaks are two hours, although usually no one takes the full break, and there is a great deal of flexibility.
The work computers have no internet access. I think this is the biggest advantage because it allows you to focus on your work; the disadvantage is that finding reference materials is very inconvenient.
Leave must be taken in half-day increments because it is more convenient for accounting.
The work environment is fairly comfortable. The biggest advantage is that there is a space on the third floor where performances can be held.
Labor and health insurance are calculated at the minimum salary of 25,000. This was not mentioned during the interview; they only suddenly brought it up when I was officially starting work, and they also required me to sign an agreement consenting to it. There is absolutely no overtime pay for working late, and we were also required to work unpaid overtime on holidays.
When you first join, you are also required to undergo one week of unpaid training. In reality, they are observing your technical abilities. This is very unethical; they did not mention it during the interview either, and only suddenly brought it up when I was about to start work. This company is disgusting. Afterward, they also required us to learn new software, then said that because we were not yet official employees, the learning period was unpaid as well.
