The department atmosphere is very good

The boss really only knows how to make grand promises, constantly saying they want to expand globally, but has absolutely no business sense.

They said they wanted to reduce the workload pressure on employees. The company was already making less money, yet it kept hiring people it couldn't afford to retain, and eventually laid off a group of employees…

But afterward, I still saw job openings posted on platforms. It really gives the impression that there is absolutely no intention of improving the business strategy, which leaves a very bad impression.
