1. The company's internal systems are chaotic, and decisions change every few days.
2. Job responsibilities are unclear. Even if you're in administration, you'll be pulled into doing sales work.
3. Supervisors completely and cleanly shift their mistakes onto subordinates and are exceptionally skilled at pretending nothing happened—especially that witch with the surname Qiu.
4. The company's thinking is traditional and conservative, making it extremely restrictive to get things done. People with a lot of ideas are not advised to work at this company.
5. They constantly brainwash employees by saying that we're a happy company—it's ridiculous. Anyone interested in whether it's really a happy company can go and find out for themselves.
