Listen to the boss spout bullshit and learn the art of spouting bullshit.
The restroom is incredibly smelly and tiny, yet they’re still very proud that their company has a dedicated restroom.
There are clearly electrical switches and equipment in the warehouse, yet they still smoke in there!
They make every bit of trivial nonsense and petty matter sound extremely serious, wasting time scolding employees.
They often tell employees that they need to take on multiple roles to stay competitive and avoid being fired, yet they don’t tell their own children to take on multiple roles!
They don’t even think about how much work they assign to others, while making a whole bunch of demands; if customers don’t buy it, it’s the employee’s fault.
Btw, their own children are managers, so there is absolutely no chance of promotion—please rest assured 😀
Also, they’ve had a stroke before, so please be understanding when they spout bullshit!
If performance doesn’t meet the requirements, they simply don’t pay you at all—truly outstanding~
All in all, it’s best not to come. It’s so rotten it’s falling apart, and a former employee even sued them. I advise everyone to think twice, then think twice again, and a third time.
