Pros
During my summer graduation break, I applied for a sales position at Singapore-based Shapik, a beauty and skincare company!
I was interviewed by a female HR manager! The entire process was quite pleasant. The interview questions were:
1. Do you like the beauty and fashion industry?
2. Do you usually enjoy sharing?
3. How ambitious are you about making money?
The HR manager enthusiastically explained the salary and commission structure.
I was also successfully hired afterward. After working there for five months, I was very satisfied with the bonuses!
