Workplace reviews and discussion: 曜陞精密工業有限公司

Happy at work. Everyone senior to you will give you tasks. Regardless of whether you know how to do them, they assign them to you, and you have to figure it out. When they say they’ll teach you, they just give you a sample and expect you to figure it out yourself. If you can’t complete it, the problem is yours.

Great—you have complete freedom. They absolutely don’t manage you; as long as you hand in the work, that’s all that matters.
