The work atmosphere is extremely poor, much like a Japanese-style slave labor camp. It is very easy to be singled out as a scapegoat. Malicious dismissals and mass resignations, with high employee turnover, are commonplace. It has a Japanese exterior but a Taiwanese core, with no reasonable systems in place. This is an exceptionally mean-spirited, terrible company. Before joining, be mentally prepared as if you were entering a battlefield.
