The salary is quite generous by industry accounting standards.
1. The manager needs to improve their emotional control and often insults people with personal attacks such as: “Are you sick?” and “Is there something wrong with your brain?”
2. The company ignores the Labor Standards Act’s provision allowing 30 days of sick leave per year. When an employee needs to take time off to recuperate from an illness, the company pressures them with termination.
3. The manager questions whether leave requests are genuine (even after the reason was explained during the phone call, they do not listen and just keep talking about themselves, repeating the same points endlessly). They also question whether the employee’s previous job was genuine. They make these accusations without thinking and have serious logical problems.
4. The manager believes that if you take extended leave due to illness, you should humbly feel very sorry about it, and even uses emotional pressure by saying: “Everyone has to share your workload, and nobody gets a raise. Why don’t you mention that I help other colleagues too?”
5. This is a place that treats employees as disposable. The manager hires people and then, when laying them off, says that their experience does not meet the requirements. Did they not look at the résumé in the first place?
This is an idiotic company with a brain-dead manager. How has this company not gone under yet?
