The employee benefits are fairly comprehensive, salaries are fully reported, and colleagues generally get along harmoniously.
1. The supervisor often gives subordinates a hard time. For example, they may ask you to revise something in the morning, then say in the afternoon that it needs to be changed to a different format. These constantly changing instructions leave subordinates at a loss. 2. The work schedule is changed arbitrarily from time to time, without advance notice—even schedules that have completed the company’s approval process. This shows complete disrespect for on-duty staff. 3. Direct supervisors become unhappy when you leave work on time every day. They often assign you a pile of work just before the end of your shift and demand that you finish it that day, effectively forcing you to work overtime. (If you work too much overtime, your direct supervisor will complain.) The whole thing is inexplicable. 《The above comments apply only to the Quality Assurance Department》
