Blame-shifting right on time
This company is basically manipulated by upper management. By “upper management,” I mean second-level supervisors—those at the manager level take no responsibility and simply tell frontline staff to go to hell. They make you shoulder everything, and on top of that, they use sarcastic and cutting remarks to pressure people into submission. The salespeople here—the English word is best—have it easiest: they barely need to put in any effort, yet cases come in anyway. Have the person whose name starts with the 16th letter of the English alphabet take the blame. If you’re blind, oblivious, and don’t mind being manipulated or made the scapegoat, come give it a try!
