1. Trade your life for money
2. They provide earplugs
1. It is already a 12-hour shift system under normal circumstances, and on holidays they force you to work overtime for another 2–3 days. The company uses a twice-monthly payroll system (you know what I mean, right?)
2. The boxed lunches are really hard to eat
3. This is a very backward company. Despite having so many products, it has no SOPs, operating procedures, or standards. All processes rely on practices passed down through generations, with no consistent standards. I also don’t know why they don’t consider going digital. If the old materials are no longer useful, they could consider deleting them.
The reports could also be digitized.....Previously, the company used computers or tablets for data entry and remote connections.
4. NG items should have NG standards and sample images! Don’t just rely on practices passed down through generations!
5. They are stingier than the Hakka. The bags are torn and worn out, and they are still not easy to replace (when they tear, you have to put tape over them). Even garbage-bin bags cannot be replaced just because they are dirty. The garbage bags are replaced only every 2–3 months (they get very dirty!).
6. The factory is very dirty, the dining area is also very dirty, and the restrooms are also very dirty.
7. Because there are so many products but no standards, everything relies on practices passed down from colleague to colleague. As a result, colleagues have little patience for training newcomers, which leads to high turnover (the products are very miscellaneous, and the maximum time colleagues will spend training you is one month).
