This is one of the relatively well-structured companies I’ve worked for. When I first joined, I was surprised that there was actually such a thing as an employee handbook. I remember that at previous companies, they would practically just throw you in and leave you to fend for yourself. Whenever I have questions, my supervisors or colleagues explain things in detail, which has helped me learn a lot of professional knowledge.

I haven’t thought of any drawbacks yet.
