Pros
The colleagues were nice, but almost all of them have left.
Overtime depends on each person's workload; almost everyone leaves when their workday ends.
Cons
Low salary increases… complicated tasks… unclear division of responsibilities… no opportunities for development.
The gossip culture is very serious (I sincerely recommend not telling the accounting staff too much).
