Health and labor insurance!?

The salaries are generally set low. Classmates who graduated at the same time as me and went to work as contractors at large companies earn considerably more than I do. I worked here as a second- and third-tier subcontractor for over four years, and I deeply regret it. The supervisor also loves to berate people; he berates you without even knowing what he’s berating you for, and it doesn’t solve anything. Then, when you ask him a question he doesn’t know the answer to, he gets angry and berates you, saying, “If you don’t know, look it up.” It’s truly exasperating. Fortunately, I later found a new job with a better work environment, where the supervisor doesn’t act like such a jerk and the pay is higher. I really regret having stayed at this company for so long.
