1. Very generous with meals during business trips; flexible working conditions.
1. Makes grand promises and claims to be short of money; there are no bonuses or salary-increase system. The boss believes the company would go under if they were paid.
2. Employees have to maintain the office environment themselves; the office building shares very small trash and recycling bins.
3. The boss takes care of everything externally and tells employees to handle it.
4. Technology is limited to plugging in cables for programming and updates; the quality of the hardware remains to be seen.
5. There is no overtime pay, regardless of whether overtime exceeds the maximum limit.

7. Employees in any position may be assigned to on-site engineering support and also asked to drive (what about the employees’ lives?).
