I find the work responsibilities here clearly defined, and the working hours are fixed, which suits me well since I need to arrange things after work. The benefits are fairly good; holiday bonuses, birthday cash gifts, employee trips, and a welfare committee are all basically provided.

I don't understand why a company this large doesn't hire more people to clean. We still have to spend time cleaning when we arrive at work every day, which feels inefficient.
