Most colleagues are nice, especially the more senior employees, who are very friendly.

The salary and bonuses are fairly good.

The systems are not well established, and many procedures are unclear. There is no standardized SOP, which leaves everyone confused.

The handover process for new employees is inadequate. When issues arise, you don't know whom to ask and can only figure things out yourself.
